Consultation - What to expect

Consultations take place at Melanie's clinic in Guildford.

You will complete a comprehensive questionnaire and food diary prior to the initial consultation which lasts approximately 1½ hours.  During the consultation you will discuss your principle goals with Melanie and these will become the focal point of the programme.

Recommendations for change will be discussed and agreed at the initial consulation and the use of any appropriate medical or biochemical testing will be covered.   Melanie will recommend good quality supplements if deemed necessary.

A follow-up consultation will take place usually 3 weeks after the initial consultation.  In the meantime, backup and support is provided through telephone or e-mail contact.  The follow-up consultation lasts approximately 1 hour.
